Illustration for Food and Wine magazine


























A duck with a flat cap, a pigeon in a headscarf and a swordfish with a walking stick?! Here's my recent illustration for Food and Wine magazine (USA) about Aging meat, which is out this month. The article is about bringing out the flavours of meat and fish by aging them in different ways. I wanted a fun, quirky take on the aging process, hence all the references to old age - walking sticks, slippers etc!
